Kianna Lane is the author of Raised Right: What Our Kids Already Know About Winning at Work and a keynote speaker on leadership, accountability, and emotional intelligence. Her work begins with a single observation: the kitchen table and the conference room are teaching the same things.

That insight was earned. Over more than a decade in financial services — rising from a call center representative to Vice President in Mortgage Servicing — she watched the lessons her boys needed to learn about resilience and character show up, word for word, in the work her teams needed to do. Her corporate career isn't the story. It's the proof.

Her whole life has been propelled by relationships — people who believed in her in such a way that her success was hinged on not making liars out of them.

Kianna holds an MBA and a BBA in Human Resource Management, the Residential Certified Mortgage Servicer (RCMS) designation, and the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association. She is a mother first — of two boys who challenge her, surprise her, and teach her something new about leadership every single day. She lives in Georgia.
