About the Author
Kianna Lane, MBA, RCMS, AMP, believes that some of life's most important leadership lessons are learned long before the first promotion, performance review, or corner office. Throughout her career as a senior leader in mortgage servicing, she has led teams, navigated change, solved complex challenges, and helped develop future leaders — but some of the most meaningful lessons she has learned about accountability, resilience, communication, ownership, and character did not come from a boardroom. They came from home.
As a mother of two boys, Kianna has spent years watching firsthand how the traits that shape successful adults are often developed long before a first job, a college degree, or a leadership title. Those observations became the foundation for Raised Right. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration, and is a Residential Certified Mortgage Servicer (RCMS) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP). She lives in Georgia with her sons, Miles and Makai.
